Neural Colorize Filter not Working after 23.3 update.

Neural colorize filter was working wonderfully until the 23.3 update.   Now it doesn't work at all. Welcome any commiseration and/or solution suggetstions.

first. I did an un- and re- install and it worked!

Might be permissions related. Try creating a new Admin user account and run Photoshop from the new user account to see if the problem goes away: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html#permissions
