Hiya,

Im new to Neural Filter and have been trying to use it.

All that is happening is i have a continuous spinning wheel. I've shut down the program/App, I've installed the latest version (2025), I've restarted my computer, I've logged out and in of Adobe and the wheel just keeps spinning.

Filter > Neural filter - IS NOT GREYED OUT, but i have a continuous spin

Im assuming i need to install something but when i go to adobe and find the page i think i need nothing downloads and doesn't help. Im not sure how to procesed.

Any adise you give can you please give me step by steps?

Thank so much in advance!

Dalia

Hi Dalia

A lot of the more recent, and more powerful, Photoshop features make high demands on system resources, and use hardware elements that might not be present in older systems. You can see what the current system requirements are here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/photoshop/system-requirements.html

I had to replace my own system 18 months ago because it continuously crashed when trying to run Neural filters.  I've no problems with the new system.  If you open Photoshop, and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread, we'll have a better idea where you stand hardware wise.
