Neural filter night sky

I thought there was a neural filter for Night Sky. I used it or something like it in the past to remove airglow. Was it a neural filter or am I mistaken? If it was a filter, how can I get it back in the program?

There are a few LUTs to simulate night time.

Thanks, I am aware of those LUTs but I am looking for the filter to remove airglow, not an global adjustment.
