Neural filters not downloading (24.1.1.)

I looked up a lot of threats but couln't manage to download the neural filters. I have version 24.1.1. on a Mac (Monterey, 12.2.1). I have tried:

- Reinstalling photoshop

- Restarting my Mac

- Running everything as an admin

- Updating all Adobe products (CC, Photoshop)

- Deleting the PluginData folder in the library

- Making coffee to calm down

However, nothing has worked yet. Any help?

Hi @diggi2395 sorry to hear this. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Do you not see NF in the dropdown?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @diggi2395 Try holding the option key while selecting Neural Filters to reset them.

Next question - are you on a managed/IT internet connection that could be blocking threads?
