Neural Filters

I have to check something that is a bit strange, me and my partner have exactly the same computers with Windows 11 with Intel Core i5-10400F processor and the graphics card is an NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650, we both have the latest Photoshop 23.3.1 But when we use Neural Filters such as depth blur or Landscape, it works for me but for my partner the computer locks and she can do nothing. She has to turn off the computer because not even CTRL + ALT + DELETE works. How does this come about?

Sharing a Photoshop license is not allowed, but I do not think that is the reason for this lock-up.
