Since last week my photoshop keeps resetting the new document templates, both the ones in the program (Internatonal prints, photo sizes, etc.) and the ones created by me too. Only the default size shoving up in the recent section. None of the others. Not even if I change back to the "Legacy New Document Interface".
I tried to overwrite the "MRU New Doc Sizes" / "New Doc Sizes" files in "...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings\" they aren't resetting but there is no change in the program whatsoever. Please help, because this is a bit frustrating since I used to use several different templates for my prints/photos and art...

Hey, @Charismatic_mentor6C1A. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.
Before anything else, please try these steps:
Go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.
These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Could you set it up again this time and monitor it to see if the issue happens again?
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hey, @Sameer K thanks for the fast reply.
Unfortunately your suggestion only fixed my problem as I first started photoshop after the fix is applied, right at the next start it is back to the state I mentioned in the first place and again no more new document template shows up. I have to mention that this issue is only present on my old computer, where is no 2025 folder probably because photoshop can't update since there is no GPU support or up to date directx.
