new MacBook on Sequoia thinks I have CS3 not PS 26.1?

It will not open any raw or DNG files, and I get this message when trying to hand off from lightroom 14.1:

I have uninstalled PS, reinstalled an earlier version(same problem) and re-updated to 26.2. Also "repaired" creative cloud - no change...

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

For info, Adobe sorted this for me by deleting "bits" of camera raw fragments, uninstalling it and reinstalling....
