New subscriber hoping to download and earlier version of Adobe Photoshop.

I am a new subscriber, I've only had old Windows Adobe Photoshop software (CS3 and older). Now on a Mac and have just learned that the current AP is not compatible with macOS Sierra 10.12.6. If I upgrade to Catalina or Big Sur other software packages that I use will become incompatible. Is there a way to upload an older version of AP with my new subscription? Otherwise I will need to cancel. Thanks!

Just so you know, Adobe don't support 2019 anymore so you won't get any help if you contact customer support and officially it is not legal to use such old version of CC.

Thanks for this info. I did download 2019, but it did not work on my machine either. Pretty frustrating, but not sure what else there is for me to do. I can't abandon my core software for Adobe Photoshop. Core software is planning an update later this year which is supposed to resolve the OS issue, so I'll just have to wait.

Did you try downloading 2020? Maybe this version will work on your mac?

I may give it a try, but I'm thinking a new laptop is in my future. I'll use that for photoshop and my trusty iMac for PowerCadd. Thanks for your guidance!

Sierra is WAY out of date and not getting security fixes. I would advise getting a new computer to run Photoshop if you can't upgrade the old one.
