Does Photoshop have full disk access?

Thanks for replying!
No, Photoshop hasn't.
Thanks for noticing, this could be the fix.
However I am in doubt. Mail, Messages, Safari, Home, etc. that's a lot of permission.
I just want to use Photoshop and have it write files onto a separate harddrive, withouth giving it an VIP-permission..
Any way I could just do that? Connect it to another drive without the VIP-permissions?

Use APFS.
ExFAT is unreliable on current versions of macOS: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macos-catalina.html

Thanks for the hint.
So I bought a new hard drive. Once received, I will format it APFS.
I'm not good with computers, so thank you for you help, much appreciated
