Newest update PS - Open GL problems

In the latest update for PS, my documents isn't a "open GL" dokument. Whatever I tried it would'nt open in Opne GL. The result is that the mouse-zoom function left-right movement (zoom in -[spacebar] sliding mouse right, zoom out [spacebar] sliding mouse left) is not working, and rotate function is not working
