Hi @ADVHS is Photoshop installed on the C: drive (same drive as OS and user profile)?

@ Kevin. Yes. I installed it via the Adobe Creative Cloud. I have tried uninstalling it, rebooted the PC then re-installed thru Adobe creative but the same thing happened.
