NIK collection not applying to a layer

Updated photoshop this mornign and now it appears my NIK effex pulgin is not working properly. I can run through the filterand create what I want but when clicking OK it does not create the layer with the applied effects. Just goes back to my standard layer(s)

Anyone else get this or know how to fix?
