No Auto-Login to Adobe CC/Br after latest update.

Participant ,

After the latest update toAdobe CC-Br- PsCC, I now have to log in to my Adobe account prior to Bridge being launched on Start-Up(Windows).

Never had to do that!

I am sure it is just an option that isn't checked but I cant find it.

A real pain!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks..

Hey, @danpbphoto. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

If it is a personal machine, try these steps. Try these workflows & report back with what you find:

1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.

Let us know if the error persists. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. Sorry so late in getting back to you. Your initial steps worked fine NOW as of last update, same thing all over agina and NONE of your steps work. The %temp%-NGL had only 1 ngl extension file but has a whole load of text files. Delete those also? No 'ngl"extension on them.

Thanks!

Hi @danpbphoto,

Thanks for following up. Since the issue is recurring and the earlier steps only provided temporary relief, the best course of action now is to clean reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and all Adobe apps, ensuring any residual Adobe files are removed before reinstalling.

Here’s what I recommend:
 • Uninstall Creative Cloud and Adobe apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (this ensures proper cleanup).
 • After that, manually check your system for leftover Adobe folders (under locations like Program Files, AppData, Temp, etc.) and remove them.
 • Restart your system and then reinstall Creative Cloud and Bridge/Photoshop fresh.

This should eliminate any corrupted login cache or background service conflicts that cause repeated login prompts.

Best,

Anshul Saini
