No carga la previsualización cuando doy en guardar para web en photoshop

Al momento de exportar una imagen como "guardar para web" no carga la previsualización de la imagen antes de exportar. Sale un cuadro gris, el cual si ignoro y exporto, la imagen se guarda con normalidad. Pero no puedo ver ni ajustar la previsualizacion antes de guardar. Ayuda.

When exporting an image as "save for web" it does not load the image preview before exporting. A gray box appears, which if I ignore and export, the image is saved normally. But I can't see or adjust the preview before saving. Help.

Yes, I have Sonoma 14.1.1. But this also happened before updating, help.

This was resolved in PS 25.1 and OS 14.1.1

Gracias Kevin, lo probé y está resuelto. Solo era resetear las preferencias en ajustes
