no changes unless refreshed and freezes on windows 11

Ive changed to windows 11 and upgraded to the latest photoshop but now when i load an image, photoshop freezes.

If i create a canvas and load a image into then no changes are shown, unless you minimise PS then maximise it again, only then does it show any changes.

Just installed 22.5.2 which works fine but 23.0.1 is as above
