Hi, liquify filter works only if you have GPU enabled from preferences its on then maybe its a bug...regards

Hi @virginiad8445178, sorry you are having this issue. Did liquify ever work or is this something recent?
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
