No me abre el filtro de camara Raw en Photoshop

Al intentar aplicar el filtro de Camara Raw a una imagen no me abre, lo mismo me pasa cuando abro una imagen ICR no me habre la camara Raw.

Algun consejo o que debria hacer

When I try to apply the Raw Camera filter to an image it doesn't open me, the same thing happens to me when I open an ICR image I won't open the Raw camera.

Any advice or what should I do?

Are these RAW files or JPGs?

If RAW, is this a new camera, and if yes, what is the camera make and model?  

Are you trying to open files directly into Camera RAW, or are they already open in Photoshop, and you are trying to use Filter > Camera RAW?

What version of Photoshop are you using?  (Help > About Photoshop)

What version of Camera RAW?  (Edit > Preferences > Camera RAW)
