“No option for Create Video Timing”

Hi guys,

I've tried several different versions of Ps (Old and New), but I can't seem to generate the "Create Video Timing". Only the "Create Frame Animation" option. I've done my research, but still can't figure it out. Can someone please assist? I have a windows OS

Which old and new version in particular? Anyway, any recent version should have mentioned option. Please explain steps taken to generate the "Create Video Timing". Can you post screenshot?
