No puedo abrir proyectos de Photoshop

Desde hace unos meses al instalar el programa en el nuevo ordenador tengo un problema.

Según instalo photoshop me va sin problemas, pero a los dos o tres días, cuando quiero abrir un proyecto o empezar uno nuevo, el programa no responde. No saltan errores ni nada, simplemente no hace nada.

El ordenador es bastante bueno y según el programa tengo todo actualizado y sin probelmas.

La solución que tengo de momento es desinstalar y volver a instalar, pero claro, esto está bien cuando tengo conexión, cuando no tengo me deja tirado.

Que puedo hacer para solucionarlo?

Resettting preferences is not the same as uninstall/reinstall. Have you tried this yet?

Also, do you get crash reports?

Podría ser eso, una vez lo desinstalé sin borrar preferencias y no me funcionó al volver a instalarlo.

Lo que pasa es que no fui capaz de restaurar las preferencias siguiendo el tutorial.

There are three ways to delete preferences.

• The method Ged gave renames the preferences file, so Photoshop can't find it and creates a new one. It it doesn't fix the issue, the original file can be retrieved. To some users this is important.
• The easy way is to go to Edit > Preferences > General tab and click Reset Preferences on Quit
  Then Quit and Relaunch Photoshop
• The original method that used to be the only method was tricky because of the timing — thankfully we have better ways now!
  Quit Photoshop
  Hover your fingers over the Ctrl, Alt, and Shift keys and be ready to press them
  Launch Photoshop
  Within 1/10 of a second after launching PS, press and hold those three keys — don't let go
  When you see an alert asking if you want to delete Preferences, let go of the three keys and choose OK to the alert
  If you don't see the alert, start again, as your timing was wrong
  Whew! I'm glad Adobe gave us new methods!

Buenas noches desde España.

Pues parece que ha quedado resuelto el tema, en otro hilo que tengo abierto en el foro del cloud, me dijo un usuario que podría ser alguna incompatibilidad o error por culpa del aintivirus. Yo no tengo antivirus (estoy así de loco) pero entré en la app por defecto de Windows Defender y no estaba activada una opción relacionada con las apps y webs. La active hace un par de días y de momento parece que va todo correcto, y guarda las preferencias.

Seguiré informando durante un tiempo por si vuelve a fallar, pero todo apunta a que ese es el problema.

Good chance that was the issue, Robert, and thanks for reporting back.

You might consider getting Malware protection that includes virus protection.

Buenos días ,disculpe , me pasa lo mismo ,el problema con las mismas características ,me podría decir como lo solucionó por favor ,hace tiempo tengo el programa así , creí q era mi computadora....

Hola Marcelo, pues desactivé el Window Defender y dejó de dar problemas, no se si era algún tema de incompatibilidad o que, pero parece que era esa la solución, ya me diras tio, un saludo!

Gracias por la respuesta, al parecer era algo con mi antivirus y tuve que configurarlo para que no funcione en el photoshop,saludos!:)

Por lo que he visto, debe ser algo general esto, más gente me ha dicho que ha sido tema con el antivirus, me alegro que lo hayas solucionado!
