NO PUEDO GIRAR MOTIVOS (NO VEO EL ANGULO)

holas a todos sera que alguien me puede ayudar a activar o a decir por que no me sale el angulo para girar motivos tengo adobe photoshop 2020 / Windows .

NECESITO TENER ESTA OPCION.  " MIRAR LA ULTIMA IMAGEN ⬇⬇"

Me sale asii!!!!!! AYUDA

What is the exact Photoshop version? (Keep in mind that Photoshop 20.x.x is Photoshop 2019.)

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Please post meaningful screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) and dialogs to illustrate what the problem is.
