No se puede trabajar con la nueva versión de Photshop + Windows

Hoy se ha actualizado la versión 21H2 de Windows 10 Pro.

Desde entonces, constantemente me está fallando los comandos de abrir y nuevo. Le das y no hace nada.

Cuando he conseguido abrir un documento a base de reinstalar y reiniciar mil veces la máquina, cuando intento copiar un elemento de ilustrator hacia photoshop al darle al visto o aceptar este desaparece.

Y ya no puedo volver a abrir ningún documento ni crear de nuevos.

Me he instalado la última versión (24.1.0) y alguna anterior (23.5.3) para probar si solucionaba el problema pero no ha sido así.

Tal y como funciona ahora Photshop no se puede trabajar. 

¿Qué puedo hacer? Es una herramienta de trabajo para mi

Hi @monica275722053isf sorry you are having issues.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info as @kevin stohlmeyer mentioned. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
