No Video playback in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Dyanmic Link Not Available

Bonjour,  Je n'arrive plus à lire une vidéo, sur Adobe  photoshop cc 2018 depuis 3 jours,   impossible d'effectuer cette opération car Dynamic Link n'est pas disponible et pourtant je suis à jour dans mes payements ! Pouvez vous me dire comment faire pour y remédier. Merci pour votre  intention Bien cordialement M.A L M

Do you encounter the error with any specific file or format of files? Do the videos generally work in any other application?

We recommend updating Photoshop 2018 to Photoshop 2022 or newer versions before troubleshooting further.
