Not able to crop specific area of an image to size

Exact pixel width, height, resolution entered but PS does not allow me to choose a specific area of the image to crop. Resample is also checked. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.  This is PS 2024 with Windows 11

Please share the screenshots & system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

 

The description is not sufficient at this point. Do you wish to position the crop at a specific position on your image?

 

If you enable 'Use Classic mode' for the Crop tool, you'll be able to drag around/move the Crop overlay on your image.

@mention - Thank you for your reply. Apologies for delay in responding your kind suggestion...I enabled Use Classic Mode and I was able to achieve the crop area I wanted. Thank you SO MUCH!
