I have purchased plan of lightroom with 1 tb, then i switched the plan of photoshop and lightroom of 20 tb and still can not use photoshop. it still shows buy photoshop. Please help.
Hi jp9879246055@gmail.com sorry to hear this. Have you tried logging out of CC desktop an then back in with your correct account info? What happens when you try to use Ps, what errors do you see or what other info can you share?
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
