Not enough RAM Photoshop error

I suddenly encountered this error, I didn't have such a problem before, it appeared for no reason and I'm using 16 gb ram, how long should it be?

You say you have 16 GB of RAM. But how much is actually available to Photoshop?  And how much hard drive space is available to your PS Scratch Disk?

My Scratch Disk has 90 gb for memory and photoshop can use 14 gb from my ram.
