Notifications from PS, like the blue bar ones ARE SLOWING everything down

Pretty sure the blue bar notifcations that try to populate before and after saving slow down everything. InDesign especially too. I'm on a beefy gaming pc and it still can't not crash PS when those popup in the background, like everytime I return to my main PS home folder after saving, there they are, waiting. I don't need ads within the program I already have a mxed out student account. Turning off tips yea that works, but turning off this?! impossible but it is interrupting a process overall
