Is Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 compatable with Photoshop Version 27.2?
If so, how do I properly set it up?
If not, what version of Photoshop do I need to go back to?
My Nvidia graphics card worked previously, but with Photoshop Beta installed.
Maybe I need to reinstall it instead?
Thanks for any help 🙂
I would think that Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 would be compatible, but you can check by going to Help > GPU Compatibility in Photoshop. You may need to update the driver for it. The window that pops up will tell you if updating the driver is recommended.

I'm having the same issue with an RTX 3090.
Before, it was working well.
I'm still looking for a solution.
The card is visible, and drivers are up to date.
Everything seems normal.
But it just doesn't work.
Any luck yet?

Someone posted about issues with the most recent driver update a few days ago. The Adobe employee who responded was taking him seriously, so it sounds like it was a valid issue. That user rolled back to get things working.

BTW I have an RTX4080 using the studio driver which I don't update if I don't need to. Never had any problems with it. (Windows 11)

@curck28031735u3o3 Unfortunately you don't have gave us any informations about your system. So all proposed solutions are a guesswork.
Check if your system is up-to-date. Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the recent Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.
Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

As I said, everything is up to date.
AMD 5950X - G.Skill 64GB RAM - Nvidia MSI RTX 3090 Suprime - Windows 11 Pro 25H2
All Adobe apps are updated. So are all other drivers.
I've tried 591.44 studio driver and 591.59 game driver.
Since the last updates, I've noticed that everything has become much slower, so I used GPU-Z to investigate the issue. Seems the GPU is no longer used.

Attachments are currently broken and don't work. Post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop. Just paste the whole thing in a reply.
Without any specific info to go by, the most likely issue is conflicting dual GPUs. That's a well known problem. Unfortunately, there is no way for Photoshop to control which GPU is called. That is entirely at the mercy of how the laptop manufacturer has configured the operating system and the two GPU drivers. Photoshop uses the GPU in the processing pipeline, but you can't send data to one GPU and get a result from the other. There can only be one GPU in that equation.
