Recently I bought a new computer. It has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 TI graphics card. I use the most recent driver (NVIDIA Studio driver 551.86). In Microsoft Windows 11 Graphic Settings I have added both 'Photoshop 2024' and 'Photoshop Prefs Manager' as 'High performance'. In Photoshop the GPU compatibility windows shows that this GPU is compatible, however in the info panel it shows that the GPU Modus is "Outdated OpenGL". When I try to use a 3D-effect, I get an error. It says (in Dutch) that the usages of the GPU might be turned off in the performance preferences, that the graphic card might not be compatible with PS or that the drivers could be outdated. How do I get the 3D-functionality in Adobe Photoshop 2024 working?
@Guus Bruheim 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app and can be installed alongside the current version
