NVidia RTX 2060 Graphic Processor photoshop 2021 is not working

When i open any images in Photoshop, its all black and even the Color palettes alScreenshot 2021-10-14 224052.pngScreenshot 2021-10-14 224200.pngso not visble.

It's a monitor profile issue, in Windows go to Colour Management from the Control Panel and follow the below screenshots
