Can you explain your Problem better?  Photoshop uses its own  plug-in Scriptingsupport for Photoshop script javascript support. What are you doing that needs some other javascript support that is disabled. What are you trying to login to? Your Adobe account through Creative Cloud Desktop application.   Is javascript used in that process? What exactly do you do that results in the message you posted?
