O Photoshop nao está abrindo os arquivos de fotos

Meu PS nao está abrindo nenhum arquivo, tentei desinstalar e instalar de novo e ainda ele nao abre meu arquivos, nem mesmo os aquivos enviados diretamente do LrC. 

Preciso de ajuda urgente!!

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system? Which format are the images/files in? Are you getting an error while trying to open the files?
