OKI Pro7411WT printing with white from Photoshop

Hello,

How can I print within Photoshop CS6  a file/graphic design that was "white" colour to an OKI Pro7411WT printer? This printer can print white, that is why I purchased it. The whole idea is to print as seen on the PC screen so with all colours included in one pass....

I have studied various manuals and Youtube videos, so in photoshop I have set in the CMYK design the "white colour" in a separate top layer and the other colours in another layer. The background is transparant.

Setting the "White toner on"/ Printer manages the colour >>>

but....when I print there is a white shade/ block over the print.... So not separate

Changing the print settings to "Adobe manages the colour" does not really help either

Any suggestions are highly appreciated
