Open and Edit Image - PS Still crash

Hey guys I´ve a problem with PS if i want to open an img, photoshop do nothing, if i want to close ps it dont close it just crash give me this bugreport. also it dont start to open an img if i want to open it out of my library for editing. If i want to open the support page > https://www.adobe.com/404.html Also post this in bug but i need to work so i post it here to maybe someone could help me soon. (Bearbeitet)
