I'm trying to open 20 pictures (NEF-files) as layers in Photoshop by using the command "Open as layers in Photoshop" from Lightroom (not Classic). I'm using iMac with MacOs Sequoia 15.0.1.
After a while the layers start showing up in Photoshop, but when all layers are displayed, everything disappears and the screen just shows Lightroom again. I'm not able to locate the file anywhere in PS.
Any suggestions? Too low in memory maybe? (8 GB).
Yes, upon inspecting the error report, it turned out that Photoshop crashed due to lack of space on the scratch disk.
Thx a lot!

Hi, thanks for reaching out!
The way you're explaining it, it seems like Photoshop is crashing. Could you let me know if you are getting any error message or crash report?
Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.
Thanks,
Nikunj
