Open from Creative Cloud, what fresh hell is this?

Now when I want to open a file I get this Open from Creative Cloud pop-up similar to the one I used to get when saving, but I can't seem to disable this. Anyone know how to disable this "Feature" or am I doomed to click twice just to open a file?

Go to Preferences/File Handling and change your default file location.

This option is only available in newer versions of Photoshop.

Thanks Kevin, but your solution is for saving files, my problem is with opening files. You are obviously a kind person and I do appreciate your aid.

I've found that either way saving or opening, its good practice to set that preference.

Next, when you go to open - do you have a box in the lower left to Open "on your computer"? Is that what you are referring to when you say you have to "click twice"? Once you change that (and the file location is set in preferences) that window should stick to the version below.

However, if you click the Open from Cloud in the window, it will switch back.

Apparently it was a bug, it was fixed in the latest update. Can I get an AMEN?
