Since the last update 24.3 when I launch PS it opens behind an Adobe page asking me to create an account and offers subscriptions when I already have one. I just close that page and PS operates normally but that is annoying. How can I stop that?

Hi @jeremyb42158125

Thanks for sharing this.

Did you try re-installing the application?

Please share a screenshot showing the page to create the account. Try signing out and signing back into your account. Restart Photoshop.

Let us know if it helps.

Best,

Ranjisha

It seems to have stopped happening now but it was going on for a week or so. Has not happened in the last few days but thank you for your interest in helping out. Cheers.

If it happens again, try the steps on this Adobe Help page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

One of the four suggestions is to sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in again. Reinstall is not on the list and you should not have to do that.
