Hello All. Hope someone can help with this. I save a file in Illustrator (25.4.1) with dimensions of 2400 high and 3200mm across. I want to save the file as a jpg, and the only way I know to do this (I don't have other softward that can do this) is to open the file in Photoshop (22.5.1) and save a copy in jpg. However, when I open the file in Photoshop, it's always in a square shape - vertical and horizontal dimensions the same; in other words, it's ignoring the dimensions of the file it's opening.    Anyone have a fix either in Illustrator or Photoshop?

Not sure why you aren't saving/exporting direct from Illustrator?

Because, stupidly, I never used the export file procedure in Illustrator. I tried it and it works. Thanks.
