Opening window in newest Photoshop

I recently updated my Photoshop CC to the latest version. I think it's 2019, or something like that. Now, every time Photoshop opens there's an annoying window that continues to pop up. It seems to be some sort of history window, showing the latest files I've worked on. It keeps popping up.

Does anyone know how to turn it off, get rid of it, or make it go away? It's really bothersome.

I've looked in preferences but I can't find anything.

Thanks in advance...
