Ouverture d'un fichier

Bonjour, 

depuis une semaine il m'est impossible d'ouvrir des ficihers, cela me dit "impossible d'ouvir "page-5" en raison d'une erreur du programme". Qu'il soit au format pdf ou photoshop rien n'y fait, ça ne marche pas. Que suis-je sensé faire?

Hi @lilou.pni sorry to hear this.  As @Ged_Traynor states, a manual prefs resetting could solve this.

Are you able to open ANY file, if so:

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
