Hi there,   Could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and click on the "Check for Updates" option on the top right corner. You should see the Photoshop 22.4 update, go ahead install it.    Let us know if see any error message.   Thanks, Mohit

I did every thing… Icon deinstall cloud app,… problem remained. Only way to get out was to switch to Canadian French instead of French French.

And at the day insatlling of last prerelease build still fails unless in English.

This seems to be a serious Cloud App issue…

Try everything, nothing work, installation is always failing.

Could you please use Creative Cloud uninstaller to uninstall the app, restart your machine and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop using the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

 

Try an install the Photoshop 22.4 update and let us know if that helps.

I can't open Apps from it.

I can't disconnect, or view my account (top right icon)

The cloud has problems ....

 

And it keeps asking to repare

The installation of the French update was laborious. Adobe Cloud uninstallation required, re-installation, then finally ability to update. Problem: the new version of Adobe iCloud is just as messed up as the previous one, since it regularly generates error messages asking to "repair" or "re-install" it. Impossible, for example, to install Adobe Xd regardless of the method used.

Situation back to normal here too. Ça marche! Could install French-French Prerelease.

Think the issue has been addressed by Adobe team.

Bon mais c'est sur MacBook Pro 2020 sans puce M1… Après faut voir sur M1 et PC…

Bon, j'ai finalement utilisé le creative cloud cleaner d'Adobe en suivant bien les étapes indiquées par Adobe sur la page d'utilisation du cleaner. Et ça semble aller. Mon app Creative Cloud semble à nouveau complètement fonctionnelle.

Je pense que vous voulez parler de la 22.4.1.

Pour ma part j'ai eu le même pb d'installation. Le remède indiqué par Adobe, télécharger Asobecreativecloudcleaner et nettoyer CC, le ré-installer. Chez moi ça a marché sur mon IMAS. sur mon Macbookpro, j'ai dû nettoyer toutes les applications Adobe et les réinstaller.

Bonjour, J'ai également le même problème sur mon Macbook Pro version OSX 11.3.1 : "Echec de la mise à jour Ereur 403". J'ai essayé de suivre la procédure proposée sur le site Adobe, mais ça ne résout pas le problème.
