Panel Size is Wrong

Every update is create a new bug in photoshop. Such a good program 🙂 After a photoshop update, my panel size changed. I cant fix the size of it. Can't see the rest of panel...

What version of photoshop and operating system are you seeing this on?

Does changing the System Scaling if your on windows have any affect?

For both Mac and Windows does changing the UI Font Size under

Photoshop>Preferences(Settings)>Interface (Mac)

or Edit>Preferences>Interface (Windows) make any difference?
