My panels and tool bar dont open automatically when i open PS even though they are checked in the Window menu. I have to uncheck and recheck them each time to get them to appear. Any thoughts on what i need to do to have them open with PS please?

Its when i have a document open. I usually send them through to PS from LR and its opens with the image but no panels every time?
Do you have 2 monitors? I'm wondering if maybe they're showing up on your other monitor.
No, i just have the one monitor.
