Every time I paste an image into a document, it does this weird picture in picture bug. This is supposed to be one image of the guy in boots. This happens constantly and sometimes fixes itself whenever I zoom or show/hide the layer. Is there any way I can fix this?

Hi, it sure looks like a GPU problem. This issue is often caused by conflicting GPU drivers, see step 7 in this help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#GPUandgraphicsdrivertrouble...
