PDF dialogue changed once again

There was much uproar when Adobe changed the Save As dialogue recently and then changed it back. Now it appears they have altered it once again in v.23. Please revert the Save as Dialogue back to v.22.

You need to go to Photoshop>Preferences>File Handling and check Enable legacy "Save as"
