I have just saved a print-ready pdf out of Photoshop. The file re-opens in Photoshop. When closing/saving that PDF file I get this message about the file " .. not been saved completely because the current file format does not support all the features of your document ..."
What does this exactly mean?
Does this negatively impact the PDF saved on my drive in terms of being ok to print correctly?

What are the PDF settings you chose?
Was »Preserve Photoshop Editing Capabilities« checked?

No, I unchecked it as the resulting file size was too big for a PDF file upload (to Amazon KDP platform). I needed to reduce the file size, and editing the PDF is not required when I have the PSD file.
I assume that visually the PDF looks identical?
(Sorry for late response!)
