Pen for HP Omnibook X

Would getting a compatible pen for my HP Omnibook X help me to use my computer in tablet mode while using Adobe Photoshop? I've turned on all the suggested settings but everything I'm seeing online seems to say that Adobe Photoshop doesn't support finger painting with a touchscreen laptop, and I'm trying to figure out whether getting a compatible pen for my computer would fix my problem.

@gabrielle_9281 I would think so. Not knowing where you are, I would double-check to see if the store has a return policy for the stylus, just in case it doesn't work. Or better yet, bring in the HP Omnibook X to the store and check with the store if it works right there with the demo!
