I have made a PSUserConfig.txt file in the correct place.
I have made sure I have the latest driver for my tablet. (XP-Pen 22R pro)
I have made sure that windows ink is turned off in the XP-Pen settings.
It is really annoying that every automatically installed update breaks my pen. Even more annoying when the standard fix doesn't work.
Time to consider new software?
Affinity looks great and supports modern film color spaces better than this software too. Anyone know if it also has constant graphics tablet issues?

I have rolled back to a previous version of Photoshop and that "resolved" the issue.
