Pen tool - lines pixelated PROBLEM!!!

Hi! I am using pen tool for selecting things in photoshop - creating paths. Whats the problem? Lines from pen tool are extremely pixelated and its annoying! I cant find many times the right selection angle, cause of pixelation. I ve got this problem on my MacBook Pro 2020. On Windows PC this problem doesnt exist. When i connect my Mac to external monitor - pixelation is even more visible. Can Anyone help me please?

Edit: Sorry, my original reply was wrong, the document dimensions shuld not affect path drawing, just path strokes. I’m not sure what’s going on there, I’ll have to look at Windows later.
