Just got new iMac with Sonoma 14.5

Downloaded my PS (have subscription)(and other apps) from Adobe.

PS stated I am the administrator, but doesn't allow me to save images after processing them, or move images around to different folders.

How do I set myself up as the "real" administrator and be able to have access to all functions of PS?
