Hello Adobe Community,

I am experiencing technical issues with Adobe Photoshop that have persisted from the previous version and continue into the 2024 version. I would like to share the details to seek possible solutions or suggestions from the community.

Description of the Problems:

  1. Cursor Issues in Photoshop: When using the layer selection tools, the cursor does not release the selected layer after clicking, requiring random additional clicks to "release" the layer.
  2. Drawing Function Error: When using the brush tool for drawing or painting, Photoshop fails to recognize when the pen is lifted from the screen, continuing to draw even without direct contact.
  3. Conflicts with Other Applications: When using Photoshop in conjunction with applications such as Miro, Zoom, or Google Meets, commands like the “space” shortcut for the “hand” tool and “R” to rotate the view stop working, and the software experiences significant delays.
  4.

These problems are not exclusive to the 2024 version, as I already faced them in the previous version of Photoshop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, updating drivers, and even adjusting settings, but to no avail.

I would like to know if anyone in the community has faced similar problems and how they resolved them.

Any suggestion or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your attention and help.
